| Practise Hike Sun 11th March 2012 |
Hi All,
On Sunday 11th March we took some of our Chase Walk team for their 2nd practise hike around Maxstoke, Warwickshire.
The weather was warm and sunny all day, far too hot for trekking over fields and paths!
The Scouts walked a total distance of approximately 6.5 miles (~10km) and they all had a go at navigating using a map and compass.
This year’s Chase Walk event will take place on Saturday March 17th, 2012.

The team performed very well and should have no trouble at all walking in the national event.
