GRAND SUMMER FAIR - Note from our Chairman

From Ian Banks, Group Chairman

Hi fellow parents

A short note just before we all break-up for our Easter Holiday

Coming up fairly soon now is our annual major fund raising event, this being, of course, our GRAND SUMMER FAIR this year being held from 2.00 - 4.30 pm on Saturday 7th May.

It really is THE big event of the year and one which I ask you to give your full support in your donations of bottles, chocolates, cakes, plants, tombola and raffle prizes and especially in your attendance.

If you been before, you know just what a great event it is, if you haven’t, be sure to arrange to come along with all of your family and friends as it really is an enjoyable afternoon with a plant stall, a cake stall, various tombolas and raffles, a host of attractions and games plus a bowling alley, a bouncy castle and a fabulous barbecue.

And admission is FREE.

One of the unique features is an all-afternoon auction of ‘must bid for’ ‘days out‘, ‘meals out’ and other great opportunities and to whet your appetite, here is a list showing the values of those donated so far and you can bid for any or all of them and you can increase your bids at any time during the afternoon
